#1142 - SELECT command denied to user 'u444092825_noobwebadmin'@'127.0.0.1' for table 'db' code example

Example: SELECT command denied to user 'pma'@'localhost' for table 'pma__tracking'

I solved this issue and I solved it just by logging out of phpMyAdmin and in 
again.
This issue occured because i was having 2 xampp one for 5.6 and other 7.3 so
i forgot to log out from 5.6 phpmyadmin and i logged in to php 7.3 phpmyadmin
