Can I make Chrome omnibox autofill prioritize URLs before searches?

I'm having this issue as well. This fixed it for me:

• Go to chrome://flags/#omnibox-drive-suggestions
• Set the flag "Omnibox Google Drive Document suggestions" to disabled
