Disable tooltip hint in Visual Studio Code
To hide those hints you can just add "editor.parameterHints": false
to your settings.json
. Found the answer in here.

in settings.json to Tooltip
Click on Edit in settings.json
There are two panes

Goto File=>Preference=>Settings
Text Editor => Suggestions
Click on Edit in settings.json

Update your suggest options and save.

Goto File=>Preference=>User Settings
You will find settings.json

Just find your language and set suggest = false

Setting to turn off ALL popups
