Example 1: check if file exists bash

FILE=/etc/resolv.conf
if [ -f "$FILE" ]; then
    echo "$FILE exists."

Example 2: .sh script: check if file exist

Just use grep with flags 'F' (fixed string), 'x' (exact match) and 'q'
