git add new repository to remote code example

Example 1: git add remote

$ git remote add origin https://github.com/user/repo.git
# Set a new remote

$ git remote -v
# Verify new remote
> origin  https://github.com/user/repo.git (fetch)
> origin  https://github.com/user/repo.git (push)

Example 2: upload new repo to git

echo "# Can-I-Shop-2" >> README.md
git init
git add .
git commit -m "first commit"
git remote add origin https://github.com/username/projectname.git
git push -u origin master

Example 3: git add remote

git remote add heroku https://git.heroku.com/arrecs.git
git remote -v
-> heroku	https://git.heroku.com/arrecs.git (fetch)
