Example 1: how to see all commits in git

$ git log --pretty=format:"%h - %an, %ar : %s"

Example 2: github show files changed git log

git log --name-only

Example 3: to see all after commit in local repository in git

git log --name-only

Example 4: git how to see changes made by a commit

git show <commit sha1> # Notice that the default option is HEAD.
