How do I switch tabs in Google Chrome without a mouse?

Ctrl+Tab / Ctrl+Shift+Tab

This works in most MDI interface style applications as well.

You can also Cmd+1 or Ctrl+1 to switch to the first tab, Cmd+2 or Ctrl+2 to switch to the second, and so on.
