Apple - How do I tell Finder to always show my Library folder on Mavericks?

Open your desired user Home folder in Finder (ShiftCommand + H) and select View > Show View Options. There should be a checkbox for toggling the Library folder.

Apple decided to hide the Library from its users in recent OS X updates, but in Mavericks you can now change that with a simple checkbox.

In the past you had to enter a Terminal command with every little system update:

chflags nohidden ~/Library

With OS X Mavericks, you can just navigate to your home folder, press cmd+J to bring up the folder settings, and check the box next to "Show Library Folder" instead.
