If you had disabled your account,
1)you need to install discord
2)Log in using your email id and password, 
  to which it will say 'account disabled'
3)Just below 'account disabled' there will be an option to restore account
4)Select that and you'll be able to login

If you had deleted your account, idrk how to recover it, it gets deleted
permanently 14 days after you delete it...<as of 12th Jan 2021>
