i want to add item in list without giving range in python code example

Example 1: add something to list python

#append to list
lst = [1, 2, 3]
something = 4
lst.append(something)
#lst is now [1, 2, 3, 4]

Example 2: how can I add all the element of list of word in python?

l = ['aaa', 'bbb', 'ccc']

s = ''.join(l)
print(s)
# aaabbbccc

s = ','.join(l)
print(s)
# aaa,bbb,ccc

s = '-'.join(l)
print(s)
# aaa-bbb-ccc
