Clear Multiple Monitor Configuration for Windows 10

You can delete everything under:

HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers\Configuration\

Then reboot.

Note that this will not un-configure your multiple monitors, but it will fix positioning, icons, and other weird behaviour.
