Texlive 2017 and xcolor package

This is a typo in an update: will be fixed probably by tomorrow. For the present, add

\usepackage{etoolbox}
\makeatletter
\patchcmd\set@page@color{\ifundefined}{\@ifundefined}{}{}
\makeatother

after loading xcolor.
