Example 1: pip reinstall

pip install --upgrade --force-reinstall <package>

Example 2: pip install python

## To install Pip, first download get-pip.py from:
https://bootstrap.pypa.io/get-pip.py
  
## Then run the following command in the command line

python get-pip.py
