Cleartext HTTP traffic to not permitted code example

Example 1: android manifest cleartext traffic permitted

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<manifest ...>
    <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET" />
    <application
        ...
        android:usesCleartextTraffic="true"
        ...>
        ...
    </application>
</manifest>

Example 2: cleartraffic to true

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<manifest ...>
    <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET" />
    <application
        ...
        android:usesCleartextTraffic="true"
        ...>
        ...
    </application>
</manifest>

Example 3: net::ERR_CLEARTEXT_NOT_PERMITTED

Modify your config.xml like this:

<platform name="android">
        <preferance name="android:usesCleartextTraffic" value="true" />
        <access origin="*" />
        <allow-navigation href="*" />
        <edit-config file="app/src/main/AndroidManifest.xml" mode="merge" target="/manifest/application" xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android">
            <application android:networkSecurityConfig="@xml/network_security_config" />
        </edit-config>
        
Then go to resources -> android -> xml -> network_security_config.xml

<network-security-config>
    <base-config cleartextTrafficPermitted="true">
