Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio - query result as text

In SSMS:

Tools > Options > Query Results > Results To Text

Top option there is Output Format, can set a delimiter there.

CTRL+T Then Execute , = Text Result CTRL+D Then Execute , = Grid Result
