Example 1: how to migrate single table in laravel

php artisan migrate --path=/database/migrations/2020_04_10_130703_create_test_table.php

Example 2: re migrate laravel

Try:
composer dump-autoload
php artisan config:cache

If not working also try:
php artisan migrate:refresh.

Example 3: artisan refresh

Try this command it works for me

php artisan migrate:fresh
However, be careful! This command will drop all data from your DB:
