Example 1: re migrate laravel

Try:
composer dump-autoload
php artisan config:cache

If not working also try:
php artisan migrate:refresh.

Example 2: fresh migrqte laravel

$ php artisan migrate:fresh

Dropped all tables successfully.
Migration table created successfully.
