PyCharm: Can't enter AltGr keys on a french keyboard

A workaround from this issue:

• Under Help|Find action, type 'registry'
• The first hit is 'Registry...', click it
• You must see the a key-value panel, uncheck the 'actionSystem.force.alt.gr' item
