Example 1: how to iterate through range in python

for i in range(start, end):
    dosomething()
#The i is an iteration variable that you can replace by anytthing. You do not need to define it.

Example 2: range python start at 1

>>> def range1(start, end):
...     return range(start, end+1)
...
>>> range1(1, 10)
[1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10]
