Example 1: cmd shutdown

# Schedule an automatic shutdown (7200 = seconds)
shutdown /s /t 7200

# Cancel Auto Shutdown Schedule
shutdown -a

Example 2: windows 10 shut down after 1 hour

Open CMD : 

Shutdown after 1 hour:
shutdown -s -t 3600

Shutdown after 2 hours:
shutdown -s -t 7200

Shutdown after XXXX seconds:
shutdown -s -t XXXX
