Example: digitalocean transfer droplet

To transfer a Droplet using snapshots:

Take a snapshot of the Droplet.

Once complete, transfer the snapshot to a new owner. 
The new owner must accept the transfer.

The new owner can then recreate the Droplet from the snapshot.
