For ubuntu 18.04:
1. Go to file: /etc/php/7.2/cli/php.ini
2. CHANGE BELOW VALUES (Depends on requirements):
max_execution_time = 259200
max_input_time = 259200
memory_limit = 1000M
post_max_size = 1000M
upload_max_filesize = 1000M

3. Save File
4. Reset apache using: sudo service apache2 restart
