Why Visual Studio 2015 freezes crashes hangs on Designer view?

Designer stopped freezing once I deleted the content of this folder:

C:\Users\ ...\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\14.0

This solve my problem : Visual Studio 2015 crashes
