Let $f:\mathbb{Q}\to \mathbb{Q}$ be such a homomorphism, and let $q = f(1)$, then

- For any $r = m/n \in \mathbb{Q}$, you have $$ nf(r) = f(m) = mq \Rightarrow f(r) = q(m/n) = qr $$
