Get ActionName, ControllerName and AreaName and pass it in ActionFilter Attribute

You could fetch them from the RouteData:

    var rd = httpContext.Request.RequestContext.RouteData;
    string currentAction = rd.GetRequiredString("action");
    string currentController = rd.GetRequiredString("controller");
