How to use conditional breakpoint in Eclipse?

Make a normal breakpoint on the doIt(tablist[i]); line

Right-click -> Properties

Check 'Conditional'

Enter tablist[i].equalsIgnoreCase("LEADDELEGATES")

Put your breakpoint. Right-click the breakpoint image on the margin and choose Breakpoint Properties:
