Shortcut to User Home Folder

Link to %userprofile% will work

The GUID for the Shell Extention (i.e. special) version of the User's home Folder is {59031a47-3f72-44a7-89c5-5595fe6b30ee}.

A link based on that GUID will open the Home folder of the signed-in user.
